Sinopsis

The texts in this book are based on the discussions held during the three keynote lectures, six working groups, and three cross-cutting panels of the congress. In these spaces, the problems facing the food system and the processes that can improve access to agriculture and food were debated from diverse perspectives, both in terms of theoretical approaches and territorial references.
